Rick’s son, is responsible for Southland Homes’ business and construction operations. Rich personally oversees each detail in your home’s construction and is committed to providing the highest quality and outstanding value.
Todd Foster
Rick’s son-in-law, is in charge of design and purchasing for Southland Homes. Todd relies on classic details and thorough planning, helping to merge form and function to achieve innovative, exciting, and cost-effective homes.
Ashley Carter
Rick’s younger daughter provides sales and marketing for Southland Homes. Ashley is the point person for ensuring customer care and guiding clients through the customization and selections process.
